All monuments need to be installed by a licensed Monument Company.

 

The monument company must submit an Installation Footing Request Form.  The Monument company must provide a certificate of insurance before installation if not already on file. All fees related to the installation of the monument, such as the cemetery footing, must be paid by the monument company before installation.
